Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
I was excited for these. They were relatively cheap and easy to make. And they smelled SO GOOD coming out of the oven. I was hoping to get an easy party appetizer thing out of this recipe.
But, honestly, they were just whatever. They didn’t taste bad, there was nothing that made them really good. We ate them and said “not bad” when we should be saying “wow those are awesome”
Maybe it was the type of sausage we used, I’m not a fan of hot sausage, so I used mild italian sausage, maybe that’s what made them kind of bland.
Oh well, onto the next one.
