Reese’s Cheesecake Brownies
Ok. I have a confession to make. That picture is only of the pretty ones…

In my defense. My cake pan sucks and everything sticks to it no matter how much cooking spray I use.
Ugliness aside, these are really good. However, they are super rich. Like, you only need one and you’re good for like two hours.
The only hiccup I ran into was with the top chocolate layer. I don’t know if it’s me, but I have had no luck with melting chocolate chips. The mixture hardens and becomes hard to spread really quickly. Which also contributed to the ugliness.
However, in my opinion, you really didn’t need that top layer, they would have tasted just as good with just the brownie and cheesecake layers. When I had one today, I actually peeled off the top chocolate layer.
So, all in all not a bad brownie recipe.
